IF RECEIVED PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE IN SOME WAY OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
We accept defective items and incorrect orders within 30 days of purchase.
Please email us at email@example.com so that we can send you a return label.
In the email include your name, order number, and reason for return so we can ensure accuracy. Please let us know if you would like a replacement item or a refund for the item.
We put a very high emphasis on quality, so when we discover a problem we happily take the opportunity to look into it further and solve the problem to guarantee quality moving forward.

When your return is received and processed, you will see the purchase amount returned to the payment form you used when you bought your item(s). This should show in your account between 3-7 business days after the return is fully processed, but can take additional time depending upon the bank, or card company’s processes and policies.
We cannot accept returns on products marked as “final sale.”
